Remove Chinese characters to simplify the spelling system

Conform to "e", "ay", "ae", "or" spelling

Remove plain romanization to avoid unclear meanings 

Remove hyphens that separate 2 syllables in which the 2nd syllable starts with a vowel

Change "aeae" to "aae" for nasalized "ae"
